Rye KWS Propower

German Breeding Excellence for Maximum Yields

The KWS Propauwer winter rye hybrid stands as a testament to the decades of expertise cultivated by KWS, a global leader in seed genetics. Developed in Germany, this hybrid has firmly established itself as a cornerstone for farmers who prioritize consistency, high output, and robust health in their cereal production cycles.

Leading the Market in Disease Resistance

The defining characteristic of KWS Propauwer is its industry-leading resistance to ergot. In modern agricultural practice, where fungal pathogens can jeopardize grain quality and marketability, this hybrid provides a vital layer of defense. By maintaining a highly efficient flowering period, the plant naturally minimizes the window for pathogen penetration, ensuring a cleaner, higher-quality harvest that meets the stringent standards of the milling and baking industries.

Why Growers Trust KWS Propauwer

• Yield Potential: Exceptional adaptability to various soil types allows the crop to thrive, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging environments.
• Harvest Efficiency: The uniform maturity and even stand height significantly streamline the harvesting process, reducing equipment strain and field losses.
• Market Readiness: With its superior grain characteristics, KWS Propauwer remains a top choice for contractors and food processors looking for reliability in supply chains.

Choosing KWS Propauwer means investing in proven German genetics designed to withstand the pressures of modern farming. As climate volatility continues to introduce new challenges for crop protection, the selection of a resilient hybrid like KWS Propauwer provides not just a path to higher yields, but a safeguard for the sustainability of the farming enterprise.
