PASYANS is a thin-leafed double-row plant that quickly attracts attention with its nutty aroma and delicate taste. The plant is undemanding: it can be grown in open ground, under film coverings, or in pots on a windowsill. The yield is from 1 to 1.3 kg per square meter, and the plant height usually ranges between 20 and 40 cm.
The variety matures quickly: from full germination to the beginning of commercial readiness takes only 20–25 days. This makes PASYANS an ideal choice for those who want fresh greens in a short time. Seeds are sown at a depth of about 1 cm, the distance between rows is 10 cm, and sowing can be carried out from April to August.
PASYANS leaves are deeply divided and give salads an exquisite appearance reminiscent of lace. Due to its versatility, the plant is suitable for both a home garden and commercial growing in restaurants, where it is valued for its aroma and taste.
