Rice Dnipro

Field Efficiency and Manageability

Working with the 'Dniprovskyi' variety from the Institute of Rice of the NAAS of Ukraine, agronomists consistently highlight its reliability. This long-grain variety serves as a workhorse for farms focused on high-quality cereal production. The operator's primary task involves precise water management and growth stage monitoring, as the culture is highly responsive to the farming environment.

Operational Performance

• Sowing and Germination: The variety exhibits excellent uniformity, which facilitates standardized mechanical field processing. Its high germination energy allows for optimal stand density without excessive seed waste.
• Harvesting: The grain is highly efficient during threshing. Its resistance to shattering minimizes losses during direct combine harvesting, which is essential for maintaining operational profitability.
• Post-Harvest Processing: The long-grain structure ensures a high yield of whole kernels during milling. The variety is minimally prone to fragmentation, simplifying machinery calibration at processing facilities.

While 'Dniprovskyi' does not demand exotic maintenance, it requires professional management of water levels. It is a robust choice for producers targeting high-quality table rice, which is highly sought after in both local and international markets. Yield levels remain consistently high when technical protocols are followed, ensuring a transparent and predictable economic return.
