Raps Violin is a high-yielding, medium-late winter rapeseed hybrid selection by Lembke, suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe. The hybrid is characterized by a yield potential of up to 65 t/ha and high oil content, making it attractive for farmers aiming for maximum production efficiency. Violin exhibits rapid autumn growth and a medium-early maturity type, facilitating optimal use of the vegetation period. One of the key features of this hybrid is its high winter hardiness, rated at 8 points, as well as high resistance to pod cracking (9 points), ensuring stable yields even under adverse weather conditions. Raps Violin possesses genetic resistance to phomopsis (gene Rlm7), turnip yellows virus (TuYV), and high tolerance to verticillium, significantly reducing disease risks and improving plant health. Additionally, the hybrid demonstrates high drought tolerance and lodging resistance, making it versatile for various soil types and agronomic conditions. The cultivation technology for Raps Violin is conventional, with recommended late sowing dates and a seeding rate of 450–500 thousand seeds per hectare. Soil preparation methods suitable for this hybrid include plowing, deep loosening, and minimal tillage. Rapid spring vegetation recovery and medium flowering ensure uniform plant development. Seed packaging consists of 1.5 million seeds, convenient for large-scale agricultural production.
