PX141 is a low-growing winter rapeseed hybrid from the MAXIMUS® series, developed for early sowing and high winter hardiness. Plants reach a height of 135-140 cm, characterized by slow development in autumn and spring, which contributes to resilience under adverse conditions. Mid-late flowering allows the hybrid to effectively utilize the growing season, while high drought tolerance ensures stable development even under water deficit.
The PX141 hybrid exhibits excellent response to plant growth regulators, enabling control of plant growth and development, reducing lodging risk, and increasing yield. Its fully developed root system promotes good soil anchorage and efficient nutrient uptake. PX141 is suitable for cultivation on both fertile and infertile soils, making it a versatile solution for various agro-ecosystems.
The hybrid’s yield potential reaches 65 centners/ha, which is a high figure for mid-season rapeseed varieties. Due to balanced development during flowering and ripening, PX141 demonstrates resistance to premature pod cracking, reducing yield losses. Late sowing should be avoided to fully realize the hybrid’s potential and ensure a stable, high-quality yield.
