Rapeseed RGT POZZNAN

Processing and Quality: Focus on Oil Content

The winter hybrid RAGT POZNAN, registered in 2025, is a breeding product from the French company RAGT 2n, designed for intensive agricultural production. The primary value of this hybrid for agribusiness lies in its suitability for large-scale industrial processing. Its high oil content potential allows processing plants to achieve stable oil yields under standard extraction conditions.

Logistics and Marketability

Resistance to lodging is a critical factor for mechanized harvesting. RAGT POZNAN demonstrates excellent crop uniformity, which minimizes harvesting losses and ensures the delivery of commercial grain with minimal impurities. Stem stability allows for efficient harvest planning without the risk of premature shattering, simplifying logistics during peak operational periods.

Agronomic Potential

• Winter Hardiness: High adaptability to Ukrainian climatic conditions ensures successful overwintering and maintains optimal plant density until spring.
• Phytosanitary Status: High resistance to phoma stem canker reduces the need for additional fungicide applications, positively impacting the cost per ton of production.
• Maturity: The mid-early maturity group allows for the optimization of the harvesting schedule, effectively balancing equipment workload.

Choosing this hybrid is an investment in predictable results, where high-quality seed characteristics directly translate into profitability when supplying processing facilities.
