MARSAC

MARSAC — this is a classic winter rapeseed hybrid with a vegetation period of 305 days, characterized by high autumn growth rate and rapid recovery in spring. The hybrid has intensive early growth and is suitable for late sowing, making it versatile for various climatic conditions in Ukraine. Hybrid type — simple, plant height around 173 cm, thousand seed weight 6 g. Oil content in seeds is about 46%, ensuring high oil yield.

One of the key features of MARSAC is its high winter hardiness and excellent regenerative capacity in spring, allowing it to successfully withstand adverse weather conditions. The hybrid demonstrates very high drought, lodging, and pod cracking resistance, as well as tolerance to major rapeseed diseases such as phomopsis, sclerotinia, alternaria, bacterial disease, and black leg. These qualities ensure stable yield levels across different growing zones, including Polesie, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe.

Recommended seeding rate ranges from 350,000 to 800,000 seeds per hectare depending on the growing zone and moisture conditions. The hybrid's yield potential reaches 71 centners per hectare, while average yield over test years is around 50 centners per hectare. Due to its adaptive properties and stress resistance, MARSAC is a reliable choice for obtaining stable and high yields of winter rapeseed across various agro-climatic conditions in Ukraine.
