Ernesto KWS winter rapeseed seeds are a classic hybrid with high yield potential up to 60 t/ha and high oil content. This mid-season variety is stable and suitable for cultivation in optimal zones of Ukraine, such as Polissia and Forest-Steppe. The recommended seeding rate is 400–500 thousand plants per hectare, ensuring optimal crop development.

The Ernesto hybrid features high winter hardiness and resistance to phoma (PhomaPROTECT 2.0), significantly reducing disease risks and yield losses. It also demonstrates good drought tolerance and low tendency to stem elongation in autumn, contributing to plant quality and structure preservation. Rapid spring vegetation recovery enables the hybrid to successfully adapt to mid- and late sowing dates.

Moreover, Ernesto exhibits high resistance to various diseases, including cylindrospermy, alternaria, and verticillium, making it a reliable choice for diverse soil and climatic conditions. Average yields in Ukrainian trials amount to about 5.2 t/ha, with oil content and glucosinolate levels remaining high, ensuring product quality and competitiveness.
