KWS GRANOS

KWS Rapeseed Granos is a mid-season hybrid selection by KWS, with a high yield potential up to 60 ц/ha. This hybrid is distinguished by its high oil content and balanced protein content, making it attractive for oilseed crop production. Thanks to its rapid early growth and moderate autumn development, Granos adapts well to various growing conditions, especially in the Polissya and Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major rapeseed diseases, including phomopsis (gene RLM7), verticillium, alternaria, white spot, and turnip yellow vein virus (TuYV). Additionally, it possesses enhanced winter hardiness and drought tolerance, ensuring stable yields even under adverse climatic conditions. Rapeseed Granos is also resistant to pod cracking and lodging, contributing to the preservation of both yield quality and quantity.

Recommended for cultivation at medium to late sowing dates with a seeding rate of 400-500 thousand seeds per hectare. The hybrid shows low tendency for stem elongation and medium to high plant height, facilitating care and harvest. The cultivation technology is conventional, making Granos a convenient choice for farmers seeking high-quality and stable rapeseed yields.
