Description Florian
Florian sunflower is a medium-early, intensive hybrid developed by the Ukrainian company ART-AGRO for conventional cultivation technology. This hybrid is characterized by stable yield, reaching up to 52 centners per hectare, as well as high oil content in seeds — 52%. The vegetation period is approximately 105 days, corresponding to the average maturity period.

Plants reach a height of about 160 cm, and the flower head diameter varies from 18 to 20 cm. Florian exhibits high drought and stress resistance, making it particularly suitable for cultivation in the forest-steppe and steppe regions of Ukraine. Additionally, the hybrid shows good pollination and resistance to various diseases, including rust AG, fomosis, fomopsis, white and gray rot, and powdery mildew.

Florian sunflower seeds are treated with carbendazim and metalaxyl-M, providing additional protection against diseases during early growth stages. Packaging is done in three-layer paper bags of 150,000 seeds, convenient for storage and transportation. Thanks to its characteristics and adaptability, the Florian hybrid is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality and stable sunflower yields.
