This variety was developed by L.A. Sevastyanova and G.E. Osipov at the Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture from open-pollinated 'Tatar Yellow' plum. It was registered in the State Register since 2001.
The tree is weakly vigorous, with a medium-density spherical crown. Leafing of the crown is medium. Bark on the trunk and main branches is rough, brown, occasionally light-brown. Shoots are thin, mostly straight, short, red-brown, hairless, with numerous small light-brown tubercles. Leaves are small, inversely egg-shaped, occasionally oval, light-green, smooth, matte, convex, slightly hairy, with a pointed or occasionally blunt apex, sharp base, toothed margin, on short, thin, pigmented petioles with lanceolate, small, early-falling stipules. Stipules are small, occasionally medium-sized, yellow, round, usually located at the base of the leaf. Flowers are white, medium-sized, with widely open petals. The stigma is positioned above the anthers.
Fruits are small (12.0 g), red-purple, rounded-oval, unequal-sided, with a medium waxy coating, rounded apex, small depression at the base, weak ventral seam. Skin is thin, separates from flesh moderately. Flesh is greenish-yellow, fine-grained-fibrous, medium juiciness and density, slightly sour-sweet, of satisfactory flavor. Peduncle is medium-length, thin, moderately attached to the fruit. Detachment is dry. Stone is broadly oval, small, light-brown, with blunt apex and narrowly rounded base, finely pitted-surfaced, moderately separates from flesh.
Fruits ripen in the third decade of July to the first decade of August, containing 14.75% dry matter, 1.68% organic acids, 10.6% sugars, suitable for fresh and processed use (jam, preserves).
Flowering usually begins in the second decade of May. It enters fruiting on the 3rd-4th year after budding.
This variety is medium-yielding, moderately winter-hardy, drought-resistant, heat-tolerant, self-fertile, moderately affected by clasterosporiosis, rust, and green fruit fly, easily propagated by budding, spring grafting, moderately by green cuttings in artificial mist. It is pollinated by 'Red Early' and 'Renklod Tynkovsky'.
Advantages of the variety: early fruiting, self-fertility, drought resistance, heat tolerance, weak growth.
Disadvantages of the variety: small size, satisfactory fruit flavor, fruits crack when overripe.
