This variety was obtained by crossing Northern Hungarian with Iskra + Tambovskiy Cherno-sliv. Originator — All-Russian Research Institute of Fruit Crop Selection. Authors: A.F. Kolesnikova, G.B. Zhданova, T.A. Trofimova. Included in the State Register of Russia for the Central Chernozem region in 2006.
Tree of medium growth vigor, up to 2.5 m tall. Crown spherical, raised, dense. Bark on the trunk and main branches smooth, gray, with yellow spots. Shoots medium, straight, purple, strong pubescence expression, medium pubescence, medium narrow spots. Buds conical, pointed, small, tightly attached to the shoot. Leaf shape reverse-ovate, short-pointed, light green. Leaf apex gradually pointed, base pointed, serrated edge toothed. Leaf blade surface smooth, matte, flat. Stomata small, single. Petiole medium, pigmented. Number of flowers in inflorescence 3. Corolla open, petals white, free. Stigma position relatively higher than anthers. Calyx bell-shaped, absence of serration on sepals. Bears fruit on fruiting spurs.
Fruits weighing 34.4–40.5 g, egg-shaped, height 43.0 mm, diameter in two planes 33.0 mm. Fruit depression small, apex rounded. Fruit color green, covering burgundy-brown with medium waxy coating. Flesh yellow, tender, juicy, juice colorless. Fruit stalk medium length. Pit egg-shaped, weight 1.4 g. Easily separates from flesh. External appearance attractiveness 4.0 points. Taste sour-sweet. Taste evaluation of fresh fruit 4.2 points. Fruits contain dry matter — 12.8%, sugars — 7.4%, acids — 18.3%.
Flowering at medium time (May 10–12). Ripening at late time (end of August — beginning of September). Begins fruiting at 5 years. Self-sterile, best pollinators of medium flowering time: Renklod kolkhoznyy, Record. Relatively resistant to clasterosporiosis. High yield — average 119.9 centners per hectare, maximum 159.8 centners per hectare. Universal variety. Suitable for industrial, amateur cultivation, as well as in breeding (winter hardiness of flower buds, high yield).
Advantages: high winter hardiness of flower buds, high yield.
Disadvantages: insufficient external appearance attractiveness, self-sterility.
