Phlox Vasyuganie is a shrub cultivar of domestic breeding, developed by M.A. Lisavenko Institute of Horticulture of Siberia. The plant is compact, reaching a height of 70–85 cm, with a dense, pyramidal inflorescence measuring approximately 21×18 cm. The flowers are dark purple in hue, with a diameter of 3.1–3.5 cm, have a wheel-like shape and a rich aroma.
Blooming begins in late July and continues until the end of August – a long period lasting about 40–51 days. The variety is resistant to adverse weather conditions and hardy, making it suitable for planting both in a garden and on a country estate.
Vasyuganie is valued for its deep color and strong aroma, as well as for the compact plant structure, allowing it to be used in cut flowers and for composing arrangements. Thanks to its resistance to climatic stresses, this phlox easily fits into various landscape projects, providing a bright decorative solution throughout the season.
