Phlox FISHING

A Professional Choice for Seasonal Landscapes

The 'Rybak' phlox variety is an annual crop developed by the Botanical Garden-Institute of the FEB RAS. This cultivar is specifically engineered for professional landscaping tasks where consistent growth, reliable blooming cycles, and visual impact are required.

Operational Use in Landscape Projects

• Mixborder Implementation: 'Rybak' serves as an excellent filler for multi-layered flower beds, covering open soil and providing vibrant color during its peak performance.
• Border and Pathway Design: Due to its growth habit, this variety is highly effective for bordering garden paths, creating a neat, uniform aesthetic that requires minimal maintenance throughout the season.
• Predictable Bloom Scheduling: With a bloom duration of 45–60 days, landscape designers can accurately plan the succession of plantings to ensure the site remains visually appealing throughout the summer months.

Cultivation and Practical Management

As an annual crop, 'Rybak' simplifies seasonal site management by eliminating the need for complex winter protection. Being bred specifically for local climatic conditions, this variety shows excellent adaptation and predictable responses to typical environmental stressors. For optimal results, it is recommended to plant in well-drained, sunny locations. Applying complex fertilizers at the beginning of the budding stage is the most effective agro-technical practice to ensure maximum flower saturation and extend the ornamental display throughout the entire 60-day window.
