EMELYA

Emelya pepper variety is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with cylindrical light-orange fruits. Plants are medium-height, reaching up to 50 cm in open ground and up to 75 cm in greenhouses. Fruits are large, 10 to 15 cm long, weighing 130 to 200 g, with wall thickness of 6 to 8 mm, ensuring their juiciness and density.

The variety has a harmonious sweet flavor with fruity notes, and its flesh contains increased amounts of carotene and potassium, making it beneficial for health. Emelya is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as various culinary processing and canning applications. Due to its early ripening — from germination to first harvest takes about 105-110 days — this pepper can be grown both in protected ground in middle regions and in open ground in southern areas.

The variety has high yield: under plastic cover, it reaches 7-8 kg per square meter. Plants show relatively good resistance to diseases and pests, simplifying care and increasing harvest stability.
