STASI

The STASI pepper is an early-maturing, high-yielding hybrid of hot pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil. The vegetation period from germination to technical maturity is 80-90 days. The plant is strong, vigorous, well-leafed, with a bush height of about 60-80 cm. The fruits are conical in shape, 6-10 cm long, 1-2 cm in diameter, weighing 10-15 g, colored light green at technical maturity and bright red at biological maturity. The peppers are smooth, glossy, with minimal seeds and spicy flavor. The hybrid is characterized by high resistance to adverse conditions: cold and heat tolerance, drought resistance, as well as resistance to most pepper diseases. Seeds germinate at a temperature of 25-28°C within 10-15 days; it is recommended to sow only pre-germinated seeds. Planting density is 2.5-3.5 plants per square meter. Yield in open ground exceeds 3.0 kg/m², while in protected ground it reaches about 5.0 kg/m². STASI pepper is widely used for preservation and fresh consumption due to its spicy flavor and firm fruit structure. It is ideal for preparing various dishes, including relish, thanks to its juicy and rich flesh.
