The Aristocrat pepper variety is an early-maturing and high-yielding type, characterized by uniform ripening and abundant fruiting. The plant is medium-height, robust, and heavily laden with fruit, requiring staking for support. This variety prefers full sun and warm temperatures, fruiting more actively at higher temperatures, with regular watering and sufficient application of mineral fertilizers such as potassium, nitrogen, and phosphorus. Seedlings are recommended to be grown without transplanting for earlier harvest, and cultivation can be performed both in open ground and under temporary coverings or in greenhouse conditions.

Fruits of the Aristocrat variety have a cube or conical shape with thick walls, reaching 5-6 mm and more, making them ideal for fresh consumption and various processing methods. Fruit weight ranges from 105-125 g to 320-350 g, length reaches 12-13 cm, and diameter — 10-11 cm. Fruit color changes from dark green in technical ripeness to deep red in biological ripeness. The flesh is dense, tender, and slightly sweet in taste, making it attractive for culinary use, freezing, and fresh market sales.

The variety exhibits high resistance to bacterial spot and tobacco mosaic virus, ensuring stable yields and high product quality. The Aristocrat pepper has good transportability and retains its market appearance during storage.
