Sweet pepper Combat F1 is an early Hungarian-type hybrid developed by Spark Seeds. The vegetative period is approximately 60 days after transplanting seedlings, allowing for a quick harvest. The hybrid is adapted for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings, demonstrating high drought and stress resistance, as well as stable performance even under intense sunlight.
Combat pepper fruits have a conical shape, uniform and glossy, with a length of about 14 cm and a diameter of 7 cm at the stem base. Fruit weight varies from 150 to 200 grams, wall thickness reaches 7-8 mm, ensuring juicy, succulent flesh with a pleasant sweet taste. In technical ripeness, fruits are green, and in biological ripeness — deep red with a characteristic waxy bloom.
This hybrid features good transportability and long storage life, making it popular for fresh markets, processing, freezing, canning, and preparing hot dishes. Combat F1 retains its market quality during hot periods and maintains large fruit size throughout the season, which is a significant advantage for farmers and producers.
