BUDULAY

Budulay pepper is a medium-maturing variety intended for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. The ripening period is approximately 95-105 days. The fruits of this variety are large, cube-shaped, with a smooth and glossy surface. As they ripen, their color changes from dark green to a rich garnet or burgundy shade. The average fruit weight reaches 320-350 grams, and the wall thickness can be up to 10 mm, giving them a meaty and tender texture. Due to their large fruits, the plants require support structures to be installed.

The Budulay variety is characterized by high yield — up to 15 kilograms of fruit can be harvested per square meter. Up to 15 to 20 fruits form and ripen simultaneously on a single plant, and new fruits quickly set after harvest. The pepper exhibits strong cold resistance and comprehensive disease resistance, significantly simplifying care and increasing cultivation reliability. Timely watering and mineral fertilizer applications are essential for successful crop development.

This variety is valued for its outstanding taste qualities: the fruits have a bright, exceptionally sweet and tender flavor without bitterness. Due to these characteristics, Budulay pepper is widely used in cooking and processing. Its thick-walled, meaty fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, preparing various dishes, and preservation, making this variety universal and popular among gardeners and vegetable enthusiasts.
