ZBS 100

Peony ZBS 100 is a tree-like variety with a vertical bush, ranging in height from 100 to 120 cm, featuring green leaves. The plant's peduncles are sturdy, and the buds open quickly to form single, double flowers in a saucer shape, with diameters of 15-19 cm. The flowers have a pink hue with a purplish pigment spot at the base of the petals, purplish stamen filaments, yellow anthers, and a red-purple stigma. The staminodial disk has a bottle shape and a purplish color. Blooming begins around May 23, reaching its peak between May 25 and 28. The flowers have a moderate aroma and fade slowly, maintaining their decorative appeal throughout the season. ZBS 100 variety is distinguished by its high resistance to diseases and pests, as well as its drought and heat tolerance. Its frost resistance is average, making it suitable for cultivation in gardens and plots in the European part of Russia. Thanks to its carefree nature and decorative qualities, the peony is widely used for greening and creating striking decorative plantings. The plant features powerful stems that can bend and large medium-green leaves. The flowers have a complex structure with numerous medium-length stamens and light-green pistils with cream-colored stigmas. Despite the weak scent, Peony ZBS 100 attracts attention with its expressive color and flower shape, making it a valuable element of landscape design.
