Pelargonium Jubilee Rose is a zonal cultivar created in 2015 by Julian Tolkien. The bush reaches a height of 30 to 60 cm and branches easily, forming a compact but dense bush. Its large inflorescences are hat-shaped, brightly colored, and have abundant flowering, making the plant particularly attractive in a garden or on a balcony.
Jubilee Rose petals are slightly ruffled and semi-double, while the upper parts of the inflorescences are decorated with large white eyes. This design gives the flowers special charm and resembles a rosebud. The flowers retain their brightness even in moderate light conditions, however, the plant does not like direct sunlight and excessive watering – leaves may become spotted, and the bush may look droopy.
For successful cultivation, regular watering, feeding with mineral fertilizers, and good ventilation are required. It is important to avoid water landing on the leaves to prevent rotting. Pelargonium Jubilee Rose is resistant to adverse conditions, so it is suitable for both beginners and experienced gardeners who want to add bright and abundant flowers to their garden.
