CARMEN is a compact tulip-shaped pelargonium growing from 20 to 50 cm tall, which quickly forms a dense bush with a sturdy structure. The plant's leaves are a deep, rich green, featuring a smooth glossy surface and a slightly wavy edge, giving the plant an elegant look even in shade.
Carmen's flowering is characterized by large, lush umbrella-like inflorescences, each containing up to 30–40 small flowers with a diameter of no more than 1 cm. The petals are semi-double and double, in a deep red shade with a slight purplish tone in bright sunlight. The flowers resemble small tulips, creating an eye-catching contrast with the dark green leaves.
For successful growth, regular pinching of stems is recommended, which stimulates branching and increases bush density. Carmen is easily grown in 200 ml pots, where it already has a branched root system. The plant flowers quickly, abundantly, and for a long time, making it an excellent choice for decorative compositions and garden corners.
