Curly parsley of the «Jaroslava» variety is a mid-season leafy variety with a vegetation period of 60–65 days. The plant forms a vertical rosette 12–18 cm high, and the medium-sized leaves have a dark green color and a strongly ruffled edge. Unlike other curly parsley varieties, the leaf of «Jaroslava» is not too crimped, which gives the greens tenderness and juiciness. The taste is bright and rich with a pleasant spicy aroma, which makes this variety especially attractive for culinary use.
The variety is distinguished by high yield – on average 3–3.5 kg per square meter. Greens quickly regrow after cutting and retain a fresh appearance for a long time, which allows parsley to be used fresh, dried, frozen, and applied for dish decoration. Thanks to its drought resistance and temperature fluctuations tolerance, «Jaroslava» easily withstands adverse weather conditions, including frosts down to –5–6 °C.
In addition, parsley contains a large amount of mineral salts, which increases its nutritional value. This variety is unpretentious to grow and suitable for various climatic conditions, which makes it an excellent choice for both professional gardeners and enthusiasts. «Jaroslava» combines high productivity, durability, and superior taste qualities.
