Darnel Trapez

German Breeding for Specialized Agriculture

The "Trapez" variety from the renowned German breeding house NPZ Lembke is a highly specialized product within the fenugreek category. Unlike conventional fodder crops designed solely for biomass, "Trapez" features specific traits that classify it as a food-grade variety. This makes it a strategic choice for producers operating in niche agricultural markets who require specific biochemical compositions.

Profile and Performance

The defining characteristic of "Trapez" is its distinct taste profile: a pronounced bitterness. For those in the processing industry, this attribute is a key quality indicator. While it demands specific handling compared to neutral-tasting varieties, the German genetics provided by NPZ Lembke ensure high seed purity and predictable crop development provided that the agronomic protocols are followed precisely.

• Genetic Stability: Developed to the rigorous standards of German seed breeding.
• Application: Optimized for specialized food-grade use rather than bulk forage.
• Agronomic Response: Performs best in controlled soil environments where nutrient balance is strictly managed.

The bitter flavor is not a quality defect but a cultivar-specific trait that must be accounted for during post-harvest processing or formulation. For professionals who understand the value of specific plant characteristics, "Trapez" offers a reliable pathway to high-quality raw materials that stand out in the marketplace.
