Onion Panter

Consistent Yields and Market Quality

The round bulb shape, combined with a deep bronze skin, provides both an attractive shelf appearance and a robust layer of protection against transit damage.

Cultivation and Harvesting Insights

The skin is dense and resistant to cracking, keeping sorting losses to a minimum. This Israeli-bred hybrid is remarkably predictable; it responds well to standard agronomic practices and does not require complex or overly specific growing conditions to deliver a high-quality crop.

Why choose 'Panther'

• Uniformity: The harvest produces a consistent caliber throughout the field, simplifying grading and pre-sale preparation.
• Storability: The dark bronze color is a clear indicator of the thick, protective outer scales that ensure the bulbs remain in good condition long after they are harvested.
• Market Appeal: In the salad segment, this onion is prized for its crisp texture and mild flavor profile, making it a favorite for retail consumers.
