Late-maturing, high-yielding variety of white cabbage, intended for fresh consumption, processing (souring) and storage. Head of medium to large size, weighing 3-5 kg, well-closed, flat-round shape with medium inner core, white in cross-section. Resistant to cracking. Outer leaves with strong waxy coating, gray-green in color. Tolerates minor frosts. Vegetative period from transplanting 140–150 days.
