It is characterized by high-quality grain and a maturity period of 70-80 days, making it optimal for cultivation under various climatic conditions. For sowing, a rate of 300 g/ha is recommended, along with fertilizer application in the form of nitrogen (15-20 kg/ha), phosphorus (10-15 kg/ha), and potassium (15-20 kg/ha), which contributes to high yields and quality grain. This oat is widely used in flour and other food product production. Additionally, Lvivsky 1 oat is an eco-friendly and organic product, rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B1, choline, biotin, manganese, and zinc. It contains complex carbohydrates and fiber, making it beneficial for health and a dietary product. The caloric value of oats is approximately 316-359 kcal per 100 g, providing the body with necessary energy and supporting normal metabolic processes. Oats positively affect the nervous system, cardiovascular system, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and thyroid gland. It improves digestion, detoxifies the body, and prevents cholesterol formation. In addition to food applications, oats are used in cosmetology for treating various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and dermatitis. For storage, oats should be transferred into airtight containers and kept in a dry, cool place, which allows maintaining freshness and beneficial properties for up to 6 months.
