Honeysuckle BAKCHARSKAYA

Heritage of Siberian selection in your garden

The «Bakcharskaya» honeysuckle variety is a classic that has stood the test of time and climate challenges. Developed by the FANCA institute, this variety has become a benchmark of productivity for both industrial and amateur gardening. Unlike many modern hybrids, «Bakcharskaya» maintains consistent yields even under adverse weather conditions, making it a reliable asset for agricultural operations.

Agronomic potential and specifications

• Yield: 3 to 4 kg per mature bush, ensuring high profitability for commercial growers.
• Berry size: Berries weighing 1.0–1.5 grams, featuring firm skin and a distinct sweet-and-sour flavor profile.
• Dimensions: The bush reaches 1.2–1.5 m in height, simplifying maintenance and mechanical harvesting.

Versatility is the key advantage of this variety. «Bakcharskaya» is designed for a wide range of applications: from fresh market sales as an early-season vitamin product to professional processing and freezing, where the berry retains its structural integrity and organoleptic properties.

Why choose «Bakcharskaya»?

In the planting stock market, this variety holds the niche of a «reliable standard» with high fruit quality. The provenance of the breeding material, guaranteed by the originators, ensures varietal purity. It is an optimal choice for those seeking a balance between maintenance efforts and guaranteed marketable output. Thanks to the compact size of the bush, the variety allows for higher planting density without sacrificing the productivity of individual plants.
