Lettuce Nobless

Nobless lettuce is a mid-early maturity leaf lettuce variety of Batavia, intended for cultivation in open ground during summer and autumn periods. It features a dense, slightly loose leaf mass of bright green color and a large semi-open head with a semi-conical, healthy, and well-covered base. This variety exhibits high resistance to diseases, particularly downy mildew (races 1 to 22), as well as high resistance to bolting, ensuring a stable yield and product quality.

For successful cultivation of Nobless lettuce, it is recommended to plant it in areas previously occupied by potatoes, tomatoes, or cabbage. Planting near cabbage helps protect the plant from various pests. The lettuce requires good sunlight and regular watering, which promotes the formation of dense and healthy leaf mass.
