Description LUZHNIKOVSKY SEMKO
Luzhnikovskiy Semko is a fennel variety that reaches full emergence and head formation within 53‑68 days. Under normal conditions, the plant grows to a height of 55–60 cm, reaching 100–110 cm during the flowering period.

Semko leaves are large, pinnatisect, with a light waxy coating that gives them a pleasant aroma and increases resistance to external factors. The stem is upright, sufficiently tall, and highly branched, colored in a rich green hue.

The fennel head is white, dense, with small slit-like cavities. The mass of one head is 200–220 g. Harvest is typically conducted in July–August after reaching technical maturity. For cultivation, seeds are sown in April or May; germination takes about 10 days at temperatures of 15–25 °C, and rows are spaced with an interval of 10–25 cm.
