Smooth brome Piara

Practical Application of 'Piyara' Bromegrass

Developed by 'Іксгп Наан', 'Piyara' is a specialized leafy variety of bromegrass designed to maximize the quality of green mass. For agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, this variety serves as a key component in forage crop rotations and is highly valued in the culinary sector, where leaf tenderness and flavor profile are paramount.

Agronomy and Operational Use

• Purpose: This variety is ideal for producers seeking the perfect balance between high biomass productivity and nutritional value. Unlike wild, coarser varieties, the 'Piyara' leafy type is significantly more digestible and easier to process.
• Farm Management: The main objective when utilizing 'Piyara' is the early production of nutrient-rich green mass. It is well-suited for intensive mowing cycles. It is recommended for cultivation on well-moisturized sites, where the variety shows its maximum potential for rapid regrowth following harvest.
• Culinary Application: High organoleptic qualities make it suitable for fresh consumption, creating viable opportunities for supplying the HoReCa segment and specialized food processing facilities.

Choosing 'Piyara' means investing in efficient production. The absence of overly rigid fibers streamlines both harvesting processes and final culinary usage. By adhering to recommended mowing schedules, farmers can consistently achieve predictable yields, making this variety a reliable and stable asset for any forage or commercial crop system.
