Vermon feeding beet is a high-yielding variety intended for use as nutritious feed for various types of animals, including cattle and rabbits. This variety is characterized by a cylindrical-conical root shape, which has a white color below ground level and a greenish tint at the top. The weight of the roots can reach significant values, and the dry matter content is within the range of 14-15%, which ensures high nutritional value.

Vermon feeding beet differs in medium plant height and the ability to form large roots with high content of nutrients such as pectin, fiber, mineral salts, and food proteins. These characteristics make it an excellent component for creating high-quality feed mixtures that promote increased animal productivity. In addition, not only roots but also tops can be used as feed, which increases the overall feed base.

This variety was bred in France and is successfully used in various regions, demonstrating high yield, which significantly exceeds standard indicators. In particular, in the Central-Black Soil region, the average yield reaches 878 centners per hectare, which is 280 centners higher than standard values. Thanks to its agro-technical and feed qualities, Vermon is a reliable choice for farmers striving to provide animals with a full and balanced diet.
