Princess

The Princess ornamental cabbage is a herbaceous plant growing 30 to 60 cm tall with large fleshy leaves that can have varied coloring: dark green base with white or pink spots, as well as shades of blue, yellow, and purple. Leaves at the stem base are on petioles, while those at the top are sessile and elongated. The plant is distinguished by its bright decorative effect, which appears in August and persists until the first frosts, reaching full development by late summer.

This cabbage variety is characterized by high disease resistance and cold hardiness, easily withstands spring and autumn frosts. It is sun-loving and not demanding regarding soil type, making it suitable for cultivation in moderate climate zones. Seeds are recommended to be sown for seedlings at the end of March to early April, and the seedlings should be transplanted into open ground in May at a permanent location. During the initial growth period, the plant requires regular watering and tolerates transplanting well.
