AMANDEIN® cauliflower is a late-maturing hybrid designed for cultivation in Russian conditions. This variety is distinguished by its high yield, reaching 5.2 kg per square meter, as well as excellent taste qualities, making it ideal for both fresh consumption and processing. The plants have a balanced structure that effectively covers the inflorescence, promoting the formation of high-quality heads.

AMANDEIN cauliflower heads have an oval-flat shape, snow-white color, and are covered with a bumpy surface. The mass of one head varies from 1.5 to 2.0 kg, ensuring a significant yield from each plant. The rosette leaves are vertical, of medium length, grey-green in color with a medium-intensity waxy coating, have a weakly-bubbling and weakly-wavy structure along the edge, which gives the plant an attractive appearance.

This hybrid is recommended for use in home cooking due to its excellent taste qualities and versatility.
