SILVER BALL

Silver Ball is an early to mid-season hybrid of cauliflower with a maturation period ranging from 55-60 to 95-135 days depending on growing conditions. This variety is highly popular among growers due to its short maturation time, resistance to weather fluctuations, and ability to yield two harvests in warm regions—midsummer and autumn. The plant is transplanted as seedlings in May-June to open beds, allowing for a harvest from July to September. The planting scheme is typically 60x60 cm.

The cauliflower heads are round, dense, snow-white with a rounded-humped surface, weighing from 0.8 to 1.2 kg. The leaves are large, green, with medium covering ability. The fruits have a classic sweet taste without bitterness, making them in demand for fresh market sales and suitable for industrial processing. The variety is well-preserved and easily transported, expanding its usage possibilities.
