AGNIYA — a late-maturing variety of white cabbage of Russian breeding, specifically created for winter sowing. With this planting method, the first harvest can be obtained as early as mid-July, which allows for effective planning of seasonal work. The vegetation period from seedling planting to harvest is 145-160 days. The heads of the Agniya variety have an oval-flat shape, a whitish color, and a fine-grained surface with a delicate texture. The average head weight varies from 1.5 to 5 kg, which depends on growing conditions and planting method. A feature of the variety is high transportability and excellent marketing qualities. The heads are well protected by blue-green leaves, which completely cover the inflorescences and protect them from bright sun. Thanks to its dense internal structure, the cabbage retains its market appearance during long-term storage, without losing taste qualities and useful substances. The variety contains a large amount of vitamins, which makes it useful for a varied diet. AGNIYA is universal in application: it is used for boiling, stewing, and baking, as well as for fresh consumption and processing.
