Iris "Vereshchaginec" is a variety of tall bearded irises, created in 1973 under the leadership of L.A. Palychikova and included in the collection of the Botanical Garden-Institute of Far East Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The variety is distinguished by large flowers with bright coloring and characteristic pleated lobes, making it a noticeable element of any garden ensemble. High viability and resistance to unfavorable conditions allow using "Vereshchaginec" in mixed borders, rockeries, near water bodies, as well as in squares and parks.
Thanks to its versatility, the variety actively participates in breeding and implementation of selected floral cultures, bringing beauty and durability to landscape design.
