The "RECOGNITION" variety is a compact hazelnut/funдук with a height not exceeding 2.5 m. The crown is oval and of medium density, leaves are round: in the spring they are colored red, and by mid-summer they gradually turn green. The plant is distinguished by frost resistance and unpretentiousness - it is sufficient to have a sunny plot or light partial shade, as well as a nutritious, loose, drained soil with a reaction from neutral to slightly acidic.
The fruits of the medium-sized variety (approximately 1.5-1.6 g) ripen at the end of September. The yield of kernels is about 52%, and the shell - medium density and smooth surface. Thanks to the good taste and original shape of the fruits, "RECOGNITION" received a high tasting score of 4.8 points.
Care of the bush is simple: regular watering, fertilization during the active growth period, protection from insects and diseases, as well as sanitary and formative pruning. For optimal fruiting, it is recommended to use pollinators "Tambovsky Early" and "Pervenets", which ensure good medium yield - about 3.5 kg from a bush (or 0.35 kg from a tree).
