Description AMURSKY PRORYV
The Amursky Proryv grape variety consists of vigorous bushes with large, five-lobed light green leaves and clusters of large berries that are purple or dark pink in color. The berries have a dense skin and contain up to 80% juice, making them versatile for various types of processing, including winemaking, fruit drinks, compotes, juices, and canned goods, as well as for fresh consumption and raisin production.

This variety is distinguished by its high frost resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures down to -40°C, which allows it to be grown without cover in the severe climatic conditions of the Far East. Amursky Proryv has high yield, good winter hardiness, and drought resistance, making it popular among viticulturists. Additionally, the berries contain resveratrol, which is beneficial for health, and have high sugar content, which positively affects the product's taste qualities.

Despite its advantages, the variety requires attention to protection from diseases such as mildew and oidium, as it is prone to their attacks. Wintering without cover is possible but not always successful, so it is recommended to monitor the condition of plants during the cold period. Overall, Amursky Proryv is a promising variety for cultivation in the Far East conditions, combining high productivity, frost resistance, and versatility in berry usage.
