Description Urbana
Vegetable pea variety Urbana is a medium-maturing, high-yielding variety with a maturation period from full emergence to technical ripeness of 49-54 days. Plants reach a height of about 60 cm, have a long, hairy stem, which promotes good growth and fruiting. The pods of this variety are large, long and wide, slightly curved, with evenly arranged peas, possessing excellent taste.

The Urbana variety is characterized by high cold resistance: seedlings can withstand frosts down to -6°C, allowing it to be grown under various climatic conditions. It is sun-loving and does not require special soil fertility, making it universally suitable for planting in different regions. Sowing is recommended in April-May with an optimal planting scheme of 20x10 cm.

The yield of this variety ranges from 0.3 to 0.8 kg per square meter, confirming its high productivity. Due to its characteristics and taste qualities, pea Urbana is suitable for various culinary purposes. For successful cultivation, standard agronomic practices, including proper fertilization and plant care, are recommended.
