White Frosting

Gladiolus White Prosperity is a hybrid perennial bulbous plant distinguished by its high decorative value and suitability for cultivation both in open ground and in containers. The plant reaches a height of about 150 cm and blooms abundantly from mid-summer to early autumn, approximately from late July to September. The flowers are large, with a diameter of 12 to 15 cm, snowy white with delicate pink or cream tones and a lettuce-colored center. The petals are heavily ruffled at the edges, giving the flowers a unique lightness and elegance.

For successful cultivation of Gladiolus White Prosperity, sunny locations and fertile, loose soils with good drainage are required. The plant does not tolerate shade or cold, so bulbous tubers are recommended to be planted in May, after the threat of frost has passed. During winter, the bulbs should be dug up and stored in a frost-free location, as this variety is not frost-tolerant and does not survive winter in open ground.

Gladiolus White Prosperity is valued for its low maintenance requirements and resilience under cultivation conditions, provided basic agronomic requirements are met. It is excellent for cutting due to its tall and sturdy flower stems up to 70 cm long, making it an ideal choice for decorating interiors and creating floral arrangements.
