Souvenir

Gladiolus 'Souvenir' is an impressive plant with large flowers measuring 10 to 15 centimeters in diameter. The flowers feature a light raspberry-pink color with cream-yellow spots and a raspberry arrow, as well as a delicate salmon hue with a red spot on the lower petal bordered by yellow. The petals are thin, smooth, and delicate, giving the flowers an elegant and decorative appearance.

The plant has a tall and sturdy succulent stem, reaching a height of 110 to 130 centimeters. The leaves are flat, pointed, succulent, and rigid, measuring 50 to 70 centimeters in length, which accentuates the overall slender and decorative appearance of the gladiolus. Flowering begins at the end of summer and continues until mid-September, making this variety an excellent choice for interior decoration and cut flower arrangements.

The 'Souvenir' variety was developed by Russian breeder Alexander Vasilyevich Trifonov and officially registered in 2016. Due to its beauty and prolonged flowering period, the gladiolus is suitable for cutting and use in decorative compositions, including home, church, and wedding banquet decorations.
