Prima mustard is a high-quality agricultural product intended for culinary use. Each package contains 265 g of the product, supplied from countries of the European Union and the United States, guaranteeing 100 % brand originality.
The mustard composition is based on Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. varieties, characterized by a low erucic acid content (0–1%) and a high oil percentage in seeds—about 43%. These properties make the product particularly valuable for preparing dishes requiring a rich taste and mustard aroma. During production, a technological approach is used to maintain essential (allyl) oil at approximately 0.9%, giving the finished product a characteristic sharp taste.
