Eggplant Raphaela

Raphaela F1 Eggplant — an early and hardy hybrid developed by the French company Clause. The vegetation period is 95-100 days from sowing, but with seedling cultivation, the first harvest can be obtained as early as 65 days after transplanting to the final location. This hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments, including greenhouses. The plant features a neat semi-erect bush up to 80 cm tall with a single main stem, dense foliage, and a strong root system. The fruits of Raphaela eggplant are oval-shaped, medium-sized — length 14-16 cm, diameter about 10-11 cm, weight ranging from 500 to 800 grams. The fruit skin is dense and purple, while the flesh is light cream-colored and firm. The hybrid exhibits stable fruiting even under variable weather conditions, with 10-13 evenly spaced fruits per plant. Thanks to its strong immunity, the plant is resistant to major diseases of solanaceous crops. Raphaela F1 eggplant is valued for its high nutritional value and versatility: it is suitable for both market sales and culinary use and processing. The fruits withstand long-term storage and transportation over long distances without loss of market appearance, making this hybrid a profitable choice for vegetable growers and farmers.
