Cucumber Ultimatum is a medium-early salad-type hybrid with parthenocarpic fruiting, ensuring stable fruit formation without pollination. The plant is indeterminate and strongly branched, predominantly female-flowering, with two or three female flowers typically forming at each node, contributing to high yield. Leaves are large, light green with slight wrinkling, giving the plant a neat and healthy appearance.
The fruits of cucumber Ultimatum have medium length, cylindrical shape, and deep green color. They are large-serrated with white spines, characteristic of this variety. The weight of one fruit ranges from 140 to 160 grams. The taste of the cucumbers is excellent, making them popular for fresh consumption and salads.
The hybrid is intended for cultivation in glasshouses and under temporary film covers, allowing high yields under various climatic conditions. Yield in greenhouse conditions reaches 13.2 kg per square meter. Seeds are packed in plastic cassettes of 10 cells, with a minimum order of one cassette.
