Cucumber QUATRINO

Quatrinio F1 — an early-maturing parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid, intended for cultivation in protected ground on high trellises. The maturation period is 36-42 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The plant is indeterminate, slightly branching, with predominantly female flowering, which contributes to high yield and ease of care. The hybrid is resistant to major diseases, including powdery mildew and viruses, ensuring stable fruit quality under various growing conditions.

Quatrinio fruits have a short cylindrical shape, about 5 cm long and weighing 10-15 grams. They are smooth, with white spines and very dark green color, giving them an attractive appearance. Compared to the LARINO F1 variety, Quatrinio fruits are shorter, darker, and have a longer storage life. The plants have small dark leaves and allow for denser planting by 15-20%, increasing yield. Due to the high fruit count, intensive harvesting is required, which may be performed two or more times daily.

The Quatrinio hybrid is suitable for winter-spring rotation and light culture, expanding its usability under various climatic conditions. It is intended for salad use, providing fresh, high-quality cucumbers for consumers. High yield, disease resistance, and ease of cultivation make Quatrinio an excellent choice for professional vegetable growers and hobbyists.
