Elitor

Elitor F1 cucumber is an early parthenocarpic hybrid of cornichon type developed by the Dutch company Nunhems Zaden. This hybrid is ideally suited for early and ultra-early sowings in greenhouse, glasshouse and plastic tunnel covers, as well as temporary covers and open ground. The plant is an open-type generative plant with small leaves, distinguished by high stress resistance and ability to quickly adapt to adverse weather conditions. Elitor forms one to three fruits per internode, contributing to high yield.

Fruits of Elitor cucumber have uniform green color and cylindrical shape, reaching 13-14 cm in length and 3-4 cm in diameter. Their surface is rough with numerous white spines, giving them an attractive appearance throughout the season. The flesh is crisp and has a pleasant taste, making this hybrid suitable for fresh consumption and initial preservation. The maturation period is 38-42 days after planting, allowing for early harvest.

Elitor hybrid features a vigorous and fast-growing plant with high fruit development speed. The optimal planting density is 3-3.5 plants per square meter, ensuring maximum productivity.
