Cucumber Sremianin F1

Cucumber Sremianin F1 is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid of Polish selection, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. The fruits of this variety have a bright green color with white stripes, a large-bump surface, and a length of 8 to 12 cm, corresponding to the cornichon type. The cucumbers are characterized by crisp flesh, juiciness, and a slightly sweet flavor without bitterness, making them suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and canning. The plant forms 2 to 4 fruits per node, which are not prone to overgrowth and do not yellow when harvested late.

The technical maturity period of cucumbers Sremianin F1 is 35-50 days after emergence, allowing for an early harvest. The seeds are coated with a fungicide, providing protection against common diseases such as downy mildew (false powdery mildew), powdery mildew, pumpkin powdery mildew, and cucumber mosaic virus. The hybrid demonstrates high yield — 8 to 10 kg per square meter — and is self-pollinating, which simplifies cultivation and increases yield stability.

Sowing is recommended at soil temperatures of 12 to 15°C, suitable for early sowing in pots or directly into the ground. Due to its disease resistance and tolerance to various growing conditions, cucumber Sremianin F1 is a reliable choice for gardeners and farmers seeking high-quality, flavorful harvests both in open ground and in greenhouse conditions.
