Description SIBERIAN LUCK
The cucumber variety Siberian Luck is distinguished by its early ripening and parthenocarpic type, meaning it does not require bee pollination. The period from seedling emergence to the first harvest is approximately 43–45 days. The cucumbers have a finely ribbed surface, are 5–8 cm long, and have a thin skin that is dark green at the base of the fruit and gradually becomes lighter toward the tip. The white spines on the fruits are not prickly, and the flesh is juicy, crisp, sweet-smelling, and free of bitterness, making this variety especially appealing to consumers.

Siberian Luck is characterized by high yield due to its cluster or bunch-type fruiting, where 4 to 5 fruits develop from a single flower. This hybrid matures quickly, and the cucumbers resemble gherkins, rarely exceeding 7 cm in length. Even if the fruits are not harvested promptly, they do not overgrow, the skin does not become rough, and the flesh retains its quality without becoming hollow. The variety is versatile in use, especially well-suited for pickling, salting, and canning.

In addition, Siberian Luck exhibits high resistance to adverse climatic conditions and diseases such as downy mildew, cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, and tolerance to phytophthora. It withstands low temperatures and continues to fruit until autumn frosts, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various regions.
