Description SIBERIAN GARLAND
Cucumber variety Siberian Garland is distinguished by its early ripening and high yield. This hybrid has parthenocarpic fruiting, meaning no need for bee pollination. From seedling emergence to harvest, it takes about 43-45 days. Fruiting occurs in a bouquet or cluster type, where 4 to 5 ovaries form on a single flower, ensuring abundant yield. The variety is adapted to a wide range of climatic conditions, including low temperatures, and continues fruiting until late autumn frosts.

Fruits of this variety are 5 to 8 cm long and resemble gherkins. The skin is thin, with a beautiful dark green color at the base that gradually lightens toward the tip. The surface of the cucumbers is covered with dense hairs and white, non-spiny spines. The flesh is juicy, crisp, aromatic, and sweet, without hollows or bitterness, making these cucumbers especially attractive for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and preservation. Even if the fruits are not harvested promptly, they do not overgrow, the skin does not toughen, and the flesh retains its quality characteristics.

Siberian Garland has high resistance to various diseases, including downy mildew, cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, and peronosporosis. These qualities make this variety a universal and reliable choice for cultivation under various conditions. Due to its flavor and technological properties, this variety's cucumbers are particularly well-suited for pickling and preserving, maintaining excellent taste and attractive appearance.
